FLAMINGO AND TURTLE POINT VILLAS

Bequia is located in the Caribbean, part of the chain known as the Windward Islands.
It is part of St. Vincent & the Grenadines and after St. Vincent, nine miles to the north, is the largest of the 32 islands and cays that comprise that country. Approximately 5000 people call Bequia home. The island is on Atlantic Standard Time.

Flamingo Description
 In Flamingo you’ll unwind in a large living area that features comfortable seating with a sofa bed. Immediately adjacent is your spacious dining area with several seating options: formal seating for 6, a more casual dinette set for 4, and the breakfast bar facing the colourful kitchen, which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. In addition to the 3 ensuite bedrooms there is an extra bathroom on the main floor.

Outside, you’ll relax on spacious patios. The front patio has panoramic views of Princess Margaret Beach and Admiralty Bay, and the back patio overlooks lush tropical gardens.

The bedrooms in Flamingo comprise:
At ground level:
1 bedroom suite with king size bed, private bathroom, private patio, air conditioning and ceiling fan. This suite enjoys its own entrance along with a private balcony, and a small refrigerator, teakettle and television complete the intimate seclusion.
At main level
1 bedroom with 2 double beds, private bathroom, private patio and air conditioning.
Second level:
Master suite with separate sitting area. This suite boasts a queen bed, two private balconies, its own private bathroom, a television and air conditioning.

Turtle Point Description
 Turtle Point is immediately behind Flamingo Villa, yet retains its privacy, with a large mango tree dividing the two villas. Your party of up to 8 will sleep in luxury in this 4-bedroom villa.

Your fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar at which friends and family can gather to help prepare meals or share a cocktail. Immediately adjacent is the spacious dining area. A relaxed living area is complete with cosy seating and satellite TV, and the large outdoor patio provides the perfect view, looking out to sea.





The bedrooms in Turtle Point comprise:
1 queen bedroom on main floor with air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom and private patio overlooking the beach.
    1 queen bedroom on main floor with air conditioning, private patio and bathroom immediately adjacent.
    The master bedroom, located in a romantic loft. Your room boasts a private bath, air conditioning and a spectacular balcony that is the largest in the villa. A television is also included.
1 bedroom suite with private bath and private balcony at entry level. Your suite comes with its own kitchenette, equipped with mini refrigerator and electric kettle. The room is arranged with two single beds that may be joined to form a king, and includes both air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a television.

Flamingo and Turtle Point Rates

Winter (Dec 1st to April 15th)
1 BR - $3500 US per week
    2 BR - $4200 US per week
    3 BR - $5005 US per week
    4 BR - $5810 US per week

Summer (April 16th to Nov 30th)
1 BR - $2450 US per week
    2 BR - $2940 US per week
   3 BR - $3503.50 US per week
4 BR - $4067 US per week

Minimum rental period - 1 week (Easter 10 days & Christmas 2 weeks)

A let/rental of Turtle Point and/or Flamingo includes:

    * Daily housekeeping
    * Internet access
    * Pool deck with gazebo and available barbecue
    * Available DVD player and stereo/CD player
    * Cable TV
    * Cellular/mobile phones (if desired)
    * Wiring for dual voltage
    * Laundry (by request)

The following may also be arranged for an additional fee:
A cook (daily or for special occasions)

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking, along with a $200 damage deposit.

Our rates are based on payment by direct bank ‘wire’ transfer.
For credit card payments – Visa & Mastercard – please note there is a 5% surcharge on card payments. You can email &/or call us with your credit card details for security. Alternatively, for a wire transfer we will provide the necessary account details.

In the event of a cancellation up to two months prior to the rental we would refund all but 10% of the overall rental fee. The full payment is required 2 months prior to the rental. Within 2 months this is deemed non-refundable but at this stage we would be happy to credit the amount against a further booking for the same property. This credit must be used within a 2 year period.
