The trips:
Tzigane IX is based in the Grenadines, in the eastern Caribbean. During a one week cruise, you will be able to discover and explore the most beautiful of the Grenadines – Bequia with its wide range of restaurants and lovely beaches, Mustique, the private island playground of the rich and famous, Canouan, home of Raffles 5-star resort and a magnificent golf course, Mayreau, a tiny island of 300 inhabitants, living life in the traditional way, Palm Island with its heavenly beach houses and private resort. Another private island, Petit St. Vincent, is a good place to anchor and spend a peaceful night. The world famous Tobago Cays, where you can swim with the turtles, has some of the best diving anywhere; its tranquility would be hard to replicate anywhere in the world. Union Island, the commercial hub of the southern Grenadines, is known as the party island, although Chatham Bay at the western end of the island is one of the most beautiful and peaceful in the area. Contact us for advice and assistance in transportation to any of these points.
Tzigane IX is perfectly suited for honeymoon couples. Because of her design, your stateroom is completely separated from the other cabins. Romantic candlelit dinners are served in your “own” private cockpit. For private sunbathing and relaxing, you have the entire deck space and netting at your disposal. Accommodation:
Tzigane IX has four spacious guest cabins, two located port and starboard and two located stern. Each cabin has its own private head and shower, allowing for utter privacy when onboard. Through the use of large hatches, the interior space is airy and bright. Crew accommodation and access are forward.
The well appointed galley is capable of serving up superb meals, prepared by Ingrid.
On deck, you will find comfortable spots, both shaded and sunny, as well as the netting stretched between the hulls, for relaxing, island-watching and sipping a cool drink. Dining takes place in the large, open air, shaded cockpit.
